Learn to Fall Safely

SAFELY Learn to fall safely and to get backup without injury. Falls are a leading cause of death for older adults in Wisconsin. We will use thick “crash mats” for practicing. Starts Wednesday, May 8, 1:30 - 2:30 pm. Register Now!
